The Home in Five Advantage program is pleased to announce that Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC was selected as Master Servicer, effective March 18, 2019. This partnership provides new product offerings designed to better serve homebuyers in Phoenix and Maricopa County, Arizona.
Lakeview Loan Servicing will begin accepting reservations on Monday, March 18, 2019, for all Home in Five Advantage loans. The last day Home in Five Advantage loan reservations will be accepted on eHousingPlus is March 15, 2019. The final date for U.S. Bank to purchase loans reserved by that date is June 23, 2019.
